About the role

Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter who is early in their career, can support both technical and non-tech roles, and is passionate about The Graph, web3, and blockchain technology. You’ll work alongside the Head of Talent and will focus primarily on outreach to passive candidates and acting as the point of contact while candidates are in the early stages of their interview process. Some light coordination activities should be expected, as well. We hope to have you join our team in early June 2024. This is a remote role, however ideally you will be located in North America or Europe.

  • At least some prior experience in a recruiting role where you had a proven record of success in candidate generation and engagement in a fast-paced, ambiguous hiring environment (6 months minimum)
  • A bias for action, a tendency to lean into problems, resourcefulness, and an ability to research, ask questions, and work towards a solution

Developers build and publish open APIs, called subgraphs, that applications can query using GraphQL.
