Overview
As the Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the compliance program for our crypto exchange. This includes establishing and maintaining robust
know-your-customer (KYC), know-your-transaction (KYT), and anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures. You will work closely with our legal, risk, and operations teams to ensure the company remains in full regulatory compliance as the crypto industry continues to evolve and also all licensing matters.

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.
- 8+ years of experience in compliance or a related field, with experience in crypto exchange is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or a related discipline; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) referred
